Amy and Dannys wedding took place at St Marys Church in Warsash near Southampton. The ceremony was conducted by a family friend which added a really cool personal touch. Amy and Danny were gifted with 3 things during the ceremony - A pair of high heels (for all their journeys to come), a bible (to live by) and a house brick....yes a house brick. This symbolised the foundations of a marriage. It was a really nice touch and slightly different from your run-of-the-mill ceremony.Amy looked fantastic, she could barely stop smiling all day and while there were obvious nerves, her excitement was infectious. But then, that's just Amy. Having got to know Amy and Danny over the months leading up the wedding that would be the best word to describe them - infectious. I do think we became friends which, I think, lent itself to some really cool and relaxed photos. From the ceremony it was onto the grand barn in Titchfield near Fareham in Hampshire. A gorgeous old barn which Danny and Amy had spent hours decorating and preparing for their big day. A double decker bus provided the booze which was just fantastic and then onto the food. True to form, Amy and Danny had to be different. One guest per table was assigned the role of "Head Carver" and it was their task to carve the whole spit-roasted chickens which arrived at the tables and serve the other guests. A really neat little touch which got everybody giggling.Afterwards the band kicked off and it was dance offs galore and totally rocked the Titchfield grand barn. I'm sure there were a few sore heads the following day but when the night is this good, who cares? [/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version="3.0.106" background_layout="light"]
